Kaizen means 'good change'. Kaizen Surveys is a survey application for individuals and small groups optimally designed for asking a series of questions repeatedly over time.

Ideally suited for tracking changes or learning new material.

Survey types specific for:

Tracking - Surveys used for tracking changes over time (default type).

Learning Survey - Survey specifically designed for learning material over time (Often using the Flashcard question type).

Sharing Survey - Share survey with others (this version requires use of Google Drive for sharing).

DOWNLOAD: Download from an ever-growing collection of existing surveys.

NOTIFICATIONS: Setup reminders to fill out a survey on a regular basis.

PHOTOS: Surveys can include photos.

LOCATION: Surveys can include location information and displayed on a map.

VISUALIZE Survey results can be visualized through maps, line, bar, and pie charts.

SHARE: Publish your surveys to Evernote and Google Drive (including Google Spreadsheets). Sharing surveys allow multiple responders (Google Drive /Spreadsheets only).

CREATE: Create your own surveys directly from within the app.

EDIT: Edit your existing surveys directly in the app.

MULTIPLE DEVICES: Available for mobile phones and tablets (Android on Google Play and Amazon), iPad and iPhone (iTunes), and Laptops and Desktops (as a Chrome Webapp via the Chrome Webstore).
