Designed to help the individual athlete or coach in planning a strategy, and calculations for Powerlifting Competitions.
[Athletes]
You can enter the various athletes, which will be your athletes and rivals.
[Presently] is useful to keep track of lifts already completed, and the various values of interest will be calculated in real time.
[Expected] instead is useful to construct the strategy of the competition, seeing as you place an athlete than the others, with different values of the lifts.
The buttons left-arrow and right-arrow buttons move easily a value from one column to another.
The buttons plus and minus allow to increase a lift of the minimum gap (see settings). Th button with Trophy set the target athlete in "To Win" tab.
[To Win tab]
This tab allows you to know the minimum score to beat your opponents. For example, you can know how many kilograms total they are needed, or how many kilograms are needed on deadlift to beat a determined athlete.
With the button Presently it is possible to say app to use the column Presently or Expected to perform the calculations.
